Eligibility Requirements:

  • Own your home (not renting)
  • Located in warmer states (inlet water temp above 57°F ideal)
  • Have adequate electrical service:
    • 18KW: 200-amp service, three available 30-amp breaker slots
    • 27KW: 200-amp service, three available 40-amp breaker slots
  • Willing to hire licensed electrician for installation
  • Comfortable providing detailed feedback

Not eligible if:

  • You rent your home
  • Live in a mobile home or RV
  • Have inadequate electrical service
  • Not comfortable with required feedback commitment
